Terms of Use
Welcome to Feasty. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Feasty ("we", "us") governing your use of the Feasty mobile application and related services (the "app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Using Feasty
Feasty helps you plan meals, build and price grocery lists, and cook. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to violate any law.
2. No account required
You can use Feasty without creating an account. Your data is associated with an anonymous identifier on your device. Because of this, you are responsible for your device; if you uninstall the app or lose your device, associated local data may be lost.
3. Subscriptions and payments
- Feasty offers an optional premium subscription with auto-renewing terms (for example, monthly or yearly plans). Pricing is shown in the app before you purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Any free trial's unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

5. Dietary and allergy notice
Feasty lets you set dietary restrictions and allergies and tries to respect them, but it cannot guarantee that any recipe or ingredient is free of allergens or suitable for your needs. You are solely responsible for verifying that any food is safe for you and those you cook for. If you have a medical or allergy condition, consult a qualified professional.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, branding, and content (excluding your own data and third-party content) are owned by Feasty and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app.
7. Third-party services
Feasty relies on third-party services (including Google, Kroger, Apple, Adapty, and Supabase) to provide features. Your use of those features may also be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feasty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
10. Changes to the app or Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer law grants you additional rights.
